Penjelasan buat Pelanggan
Salam buat pelanggan semua,
Kami mengambil kesempatan ini untuk menjelaskan apa yang telah berlaku sejak seminggu yang lalu mengenai operasi kami di wanitamelayu.com
Mengikut kata tuan punya forum berkenaan, beliau telah mendapat phone call dr kementerian yg mengatakan ada org komplen yg product MAC kami jual adalah produk tiruan.. mula2 isunya MAC product... yg nie demi Allah kami tak berniat langsung nak menipu... kami sendiri tertipu out of our ignorance on the product itself....
Then tuan punya forum berkenaan mengatakan skincare yg kami jual tidak mendapat lesen dr pengedar asal.. dan org kementerian kata it's counterfeit... WOW... within 1 hari aje diaorang boleh keluarkan conclusion mcm tu sedangkan diaorang tak pernah langsung mintak sample dr kami... mmg diakui kami takde lesen dr procter and gamble sebabnya supplier kami mengambil dr kaunter di Metrojaya, Isetan dan Parkson.. resit jualbeli mereka pun ada... siapa kami yg ikan bilis nie nak dpt lesen dr procter and gamble?... supplier kami mendapat dr shopping mall tu pun sebab diaorang punya urusan mencecah ratusan ribu ringgit and diaorang dah listed under company yg layak untuk dpt such deal...
Barang MAC tu memang kami telah tarik balik dr iklan kami dan kami refund customers kami... kami tak nak kerana barangan yg satu nie imej kami tercalar.. biar rugi.. biar perit... asal reputation dijaga.. once org dah tak percaya kita... susah nak gain the people's confidence anymore....
Kalau kami nak jadikan apa yang terjadi sebagai isu, kami boleh persoalkan ramai lagi peniaga yg seperti kami... tapi tak perlu la mencurah pasir di periuk nasi org.. cukup la kami yg terima dugaan nie.. adil atau tidak.. biar Allah yg mengadilinya...
Insya Allah, the truth will prevail, dan moga mereka yang memfitnah akan sempat bertaubat dr apa yang mereka lakukan....
Kami terpaksa menjelaskan isu ini disini kerana kami merasakan kami tidak diberi avenue to defend ourselves to customers or potential customers in the said forum. Topik kami telah dikunci dengan statement terakhir that we've been supplying counterfeit product. We view this seriously as this is very damaging to our reputation and decided to clear the issue and use this as the avenue to clear our name.
We've been around for quite awhile and many of our regular and faithful customers can vouch for the quality and effectiveness of the products...
