Must Haves To Stay Youthful Looking

SHOPPING FOR THE RIGHT SCENT

- Don't test out more than 3 scents at a time - the scent would be mixed together in the air and would confuse your nose

USING LIQUID LINER

Applying the liner
- Hold the applicator as you would a pen
- Sit at your dressing table, tilt your head back and look straight into the mirror
- Hold your hand steady - place your elbow / arm on the dressing table and rest your wrist on the chin
- Line the eyes from inner corner outwards. Draw single stroke.
- Wear it just like that or smoke your eyes by blending it with the eyeshadow

Looking Fresh

Avoid :
- too much powder and foundation - to many layers leave you looking patchy and cakey
- super red lips - you'd add years to your age, looking very matured
- blush overload - you may end up looking like a made up doll
- messy tousled looking hair - you risk looking like a tangle mop


Tips :
-remove the excess powder and foundation. Lightly dust loose powder with a brush and apply minimal concealer, where required
- blot off excess lipstick, apply gloss and blusher for a natural glow look
- brush your hair, smooth with cream and straigtening iron

Making Your Eyes Look Larger

To make your eyes look larger, curl your eye lashes. To achieve a more dramatic look, apply 2 rounds of lengthening or curling mascara.

Use the smoky eye make up technique. Apply eyeliner close to the lash line, smudge over the entire lid with cotton tip, followed by black eyeshadow. Add ivory shade at the inner corners.

Break Out Around the Eye Area

Note that the skin area around the eye is sensitive and the thinnest area of the body. If your eye cream causes break outs, it could be the pores are clogged by its creamy / oily texture.

Tips : Try a lighter formula either a serum of gel instead. Apply after cleansing in the morning and night. Use of ring finger to gently pat.
